Default juddering!!!

any ideas why my escort zetec seems to judder (not missfire) when i pull away from junctions? If just left to tickover it eventually cuts out as revs drop too low. Any ideas ?

help much appreciated.

I'd check the CO, if running really lean could do this, the fave areas are the PCV valve and the "T" piece at the rear of the head, both pennies to fix.

It's at the front of the engine hidden between the exhaust manifold and block, unless they've moved it again!!
