Default Zetec Turbo help

Hi people

Been meaning to join for a while now and a few ofmy mate have been telling me to do so for ages.

Right i will get straight to the point, i drive a fiesta ST mk6, with a Blacktop zetec turbo in, me and clarke 5700 on here under took all the work.

The spec is as follows: -
Accrashites 7.5:1
Farndon rods
Uprated valves springs
Newmans cams
Focus Rs mk1 headgasket standard ford one
Area six inlet
Paul Cheshires over the gearbox manifold
St170 box with a diff
Gt30 71
Omex 600
Digital dash from raceline technology
Fully trimmed interior with focus ST3 front seats
Standard wheels
Focus RS mk1 front brakes
280mm rears

Theres alot more but you should have all the info to help me with my problem. bascially about 3 weeks ago, i done my headgasket, replaced it, had the usual checks, skimmed and pressure tested the head etc etc. Now picked up the car on saturday, drove home then to Fitp which is about 200miles no more only to find out that its possible gone again. Which is really complete bollocks!

its running 20psi and made 337bhp. its on a bleed valve at the moment but need to upgrade to an electronic one soon, and the boost does like to creep up alot, sometimes spikes and raises to 2.0 bar. Now im hoping it could of possible lifted the head, however its a fully arp'd block! So my only other thought is the block it damaged! But whats the liklyhood of that happening?

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks Alex
