Default Cossie 4x4 vibration round corners

Hi all,

Im hoping someone can help me, i have recently brought a 380Bhp 4x4 Saph cossie, drives spot on in a straight line on and off aceleration however when acelerating around corners/roundabouts i am experiencing a bad vibration through the car and steering wheel, i have put XR4X4 front drive shafts in but still have the same problem??

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks for reading this post!

could be leaning over and rubbing on the wheel arches.
could be a wheel bearing going
could be CV bearing, what kinda condition are the driveshafts u put on?

find out if the previous owner fitted xr4x4 front shafts they are too long and cause exactly this as the tripod joints hits the back of the cup
the other thing to check is the exhaust where it gets close to the front arb chassis, it needs to be right in the middle or it will vibrate on corners mine did on my saph years ago.

i fitted the shafts as i was told they were an upgrade it feels like a inner cv joint worn as it shakes the steering wheel only on acceleration.

yeah i have xr4x4 shafts on mine, they are slightly longer so are ideal for lowerd cars
but mine didnt vibrate.
the only vibration myn have ever had is when the inner arch liner dropped down and was rubbing on corners

what is the state of your front tyres? i thought my tracking was out but in the end it was the thread on my tyres. they were worn on the outer edges. since fitting new ones yesterday the car goes beautifully. seems a little thing i know that the lack of tyre thread is the culprit but it could be. mine vibrated at seventy round sharpish corners on dual cariage ways, even worse when on over run.

hope this might help.
