The last few weeks my 2wd saph cossie has been cutting out and stoping and all the ignition lights go off after a few mins she fires up again she is fitted with a clifford alarm went out this moning and fired her up but after a few mins she stopped tryed turning her over but theres no ignition lights on the dash board she turns over but wont start the spare wheel well had some water lying in it around the fuel pump not to much so turned the pump on then off but to no avail any ideas cheers.......

If it's running perfect then just stops and ignition lights etc are missing when trying for restart, sounds like a immobiliser problem, faint possibility it could be a duff contact in ignition barrel but not normaly on a sierra, focus mondy yes.

Not sure to be honest its fitted with a clifford but it locks and unlocks her no probs.....

 

Put it into service/valet mode and try it like that see if there is any difference in conking out.

As said about immobiliser but to add when it cuts out does the immobiliser LED flash indicating it's armed itself.

Sounds like the relay they used for the main ignition cut is getting too hot and loosing contact. Either that or the ignition live supply wire has either a bad joint or has become disconnected.
