Default ABS and Traction Control Light

HI

My traction control and abs lights are contantly stuck on and my car is due an mot so i need to pick all you guys brains for help. The abs and traction control operate fine, the fuse is not blown and disconnecting the battery over night to reset the ecu did not work.

Any ideas anyone??

With a lot of makes and models a lit abs-light means the abs and/or traction-control is disabled.
Have the codes read by a dealer or independent with the right equipment. That will narrow down the search.
Make, model and model year of you car could also help.
