Default ABS and TC lights stuck on

HELP!, both ABS and Traction Control lights are stuck on.. sometimes with the handbrake light too for good measure. They do occassionally go off, only to come back. I have had a diagnostic run, but nothing showed? I really want to sell my car, as I have a new one on order, but who would want one with lights. Stuck I am! ps it's a 2000 2.0i Focus Ghia Estate... any help or advice GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

faults should be picked up with good diagnostic equipment, what did you use?
you could try disconnecting th battery for 30 mins but if its got a fault still it will just come back on as soonas you drive it.

Took it to a garage.. they tested it, spent a day looking at wheelbearings, decided it was probably the abs pump, and therefore would cost more to fix than the car is worth.. sound feasible?

Could be ABS sensors.....IIRC they undo from the front hubs with an 8mm nut and simply unplug.

Try removing the instrument cluster, dismantle and check the printed circuit contacts, these have been known to be contaminated and cause this problem.
