Focus st 170 IMRC Fault code
Hi All any help please
Working on Focus ST170 with code P1518.(inlet IMRC stuck open)I found manifold motor control was not working so checked and replaced power transistor.
Motor now working (switch ignition on motor pulls manifold control)my problem is when you turn ignition off manifold control will not return fully.
Manifold control with cable disconnected moves freely but dose
not appear to have any spring attached.Can anyone confirm there is a spring and if so where it should be or is it returned (pushed back) by motor and cable.
