can anyone tell me if the penny washer fitted to the waistgate arm
should be fixed tight or should be flapping about.
i took exhaust off today on me 3dr and found when i opperated
the waistgate lever arm by hand the washer looks like it has come loose.

Hi,

It is normal that washer fitted to waste gate arm should be free, it is necessary to obtain a good exhaust gas tight.
