Default s2 running problems

can anyone help my s2 escort turbo runs great when cold but after ten mins it strats to play up. it`s like something is holding it back. this is a total standard car with 40,000 on he clock.

its bolted to the top of the gearbox and has 3 pipes going into it, 1 to the turbo, 1 to the actuator, an 1 to the metering unit (below air box) and there should b a 2 pin plug on the side of it

Why do people think cossies/rst's and the like need constant setting up, ther eis nothing to wear out and need adjusting on modern engines.
Check the CO when hot first, is the fuel filter old etc.

i wasnt implying they need constantly settin up mate, i just kno if they been sittin a while they can be a pain in the arse especially the meterin unit, i was also meant to say how long since service as to me sounds like it could be plugs/leads but thats just my 2 pence worth

the car has had cam belt & service plugs leads cap. thats y can`t work out whats wrong. can anyone help
