my cossie was sitting idling today for a few mins and it just cut out,
then driving along the road, i lost all revs a further 4 times, no warnings,
no juddering, all power just disappeared,
then when i dipped the clutch it stalled the engine
i left the car to cool down for 2 hours and went to drive it,
as soon as i started moving it did it again,
but then it restarted and i drove for 3 miles no problems.
any ideas guys ???????

 

been told it may be my crank position sensor working loose,
could anyone tell me where it is so i can check it ?

 

it's by the bottom pulley

my cossie did that for a bit stalling cutting out a right pain and what i found was a wire in the plug for the engine controll box was just touching the connector pushed the wire back in & i havent had a problem since touch wood.
