Default xenon lights on high beam

Hi folks hope someone can help me with this. I have a 06 ST3 Focus with xeno headlights. When using the high beam the 2nd filament in the xenon lamp stays lit when switching back to main beam. Have taken to Ford for a fix and they have re-aligned the lights but problem still occurs. Please help

Confused, do you mean the dip stays lit on main beam, if so it won't be a aligment fault.
Do you mean HID when you say xenon ?

Sounds like a sticky relay, but fraud should easily spot this.
Tap each relay when it is stuck and the duff one will let go/de energise/turn off.
