Started my car this morning and had the usual white condensation smoke, by the time i had travelled 2 miles to work I was leaving behind a huge blue cloud! Sure enough not much oil left in the engine either. Took this pic of where the turbo joins the downpipe, it shows some oil around that area and it had also dripped down on the starter too.



Am I correct to assume its most likely to be Turbo seals? And if so what can I do next and why is it deeping from the downpipe? Pressure? The water and oil hasn't mixed so i'm hoping to rule out headgasket failure or cracked head etc etc.

I posted this is the by model forum but seems dead in there!

 

Could be turbo but my brouthers got a s2 that kept cracking the piston skirts and smoked and dumped all the oil out the dump valve and down the exhaust

 

Forgot to add that it idles and revs up perfectly fine (apart from the smoke) and that on idle it doesn't smoke at all really.
