Default bailey oil seperator help needed please

i have fitted a bailey oil seperator to my escort rs turbo but what happens to the little breather from the manifold to the old seperator

would you be able to put pictures up af your inlet manifold so i can see what happens to the one of the inlet manifold nearest to the drivers side please help

its not brilliant, its all i got at the mo




it goes round the back of the rocker cover and goes on to the furthest outlet from the rocker cover at the top, if this makes sense!

on the inlet manifold you have a little red pipe that looks like it goes to were the ecus are where does this go i have fitted it all right now just missing were that goes as some people block it others say no aint sure

both vaccum hoses, drivers side goes to boost guage, righthand side to ecu, and a t feed off to the dump valve

its not in the best place, i need to move it under the strut brace, will be doing it in areoquip soon

thanks mine all seems right is your metering unit pipe venting to atmosphere or blocked thats all thats left may put old one back on as wont run now lol and all piping seems fine thanks for your help how come no one else replies to these lol seems a very grey area

haven't really checked yet tbh,
would have thought it needs to go somewhere????
as any air that isn't regulated or leaks, may cause running problems:

yeh thats what is happening with mine it starts then dies hoping if i put pipe from the seperator straight to the metering unit for now it will run as it starts then dies and all piping seems fine

have tou got a catch tank, with a vent to atmosphere?

sounds like theres a leak somewhere, try the OE crank case breather

no i havent i just got the seperator fitted to the both rocker ones and the crankcase then the one that either goes to a catch tank or back to the metering unit or someone said you can just vent it thats what ive done think im gonna put it back to metering unit for now and see thanks for the help

tbh it sounds like it is in right, are you sure you've got the 2 bottom hoses the right way round,
i think you'll find the passenger side one, is the one to atmosphere(catch tank)
if it is, then its something else. must be an air leak

just checked the car connected a pipe from the metering unit straight to were the catch tank should be and runing fine again thanks for the help i realy aprecciate it gunna fit my escort cossy wheels now should look mint
