Lightbulb actuator ajustment

hi
which way do i turn the actuator arm for less boost
wind in or wind out / no thred or loads of thred on show please help

Basically, as I understand it, to get less boost you want to be lengthening the rod which in turn is decreasing the tension at the diaphragm in the actuator. 2.5 turns out should equate to a reduction of 0.1 bar of boost, and vice-versa. So says the bible of Henry F.

Just remember LOONY LENNY, he adjusted his actuator rod by Lengthening for Less boost.
That's how I remember it, ie LL = Lenthen 2 Lessen
