i want to take my 3dr to 400bhp - 450bhp and i don't know where to start i,e what turbo is needed, cams, injectors, gaskets upgrade etc anything the car will need the car is stg 3 330bhp on a standard turbo the work was done by MSD and i would prefer to start the build from scratch so it can go back there in good order any help and advice would be great. thanks.

 

and where are the best places to find the parts i would need

 

I would first make sure the engine is healthy enough for the power increase, as if a bit ropey with high mileage etc, then it won't last long with extra oompf.

the engine is sound and not long ago was re-built

 

best to speak to MSD, call or email them.
but if it was me i would be looking at leaving the engine standard, fit a T38 turbo & some siemens injectors, MSD will send you a chip for that spec, then you can drive the car to them for live mapping.
