Which coilovers
A bit confused as to which coilovers to get !!!
I have a mondeo ST200 and having a look around tinternet , prices range from around £600 to £900 , from spax £650, cobra £770 to KW £900- £1400.
I was budgeteing around £800 give or take £100 , is it really worth paying the difference between the spax RSX £650 for the KW's for £900 .
Looking to set the car up both for looks and the occasional airfield day , the car's also used for family holidays so like the idea of setting it back to a softer ride when needed .
A lot of people reccomended the spax ones but i suppose what i'm trying to say is does the extra £300 get you anything different ?
Cheers
Dave

tbh absolutly honest m8, imo no!
haha.
on my rx7 i bought the £2000+ all singin all dancing Tien in car adjustable coilovers adjustable height, damping, rebound, top mount etc.
and on the cossy i put a pair of £650 avos. just adjustable damping and height. and theres near no differance in thier performance, although they are differant cars, the improvment over standard with the tiens was only so much and the avos made a miassive differance to the cossy!

I'd get AVO, and do have these myself.
On the AVO and pretty much most coilys the fronts are rebound only but the rear are bump and rebound, ie both bump and rebound go up when made harder on the rear.
No complaints from me I find it really comfy, but it is hard.
