I'm having a bit of an issue on my zetec turbo, i have a 14psi T2 actuator fitted to my gt28r (2560r) turbo and an Apexi AVC-R boost controller.

I have had it checked for air leaks and there is a slight airleak coming from the inside the ICV (soon to be sorted) my turbo peaks at 24psi and drops to 17psi.

I can't get it to hold more boost, would this be down to the preload on the actuator? I have had to cut the rod length down and bend it for it to fit my turbo so i'm not sure if more preload can be added. The AVC-R has been fitted and set up correctly so it's safe to rule that out.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
