Default 91 RS2000 Handbrake Pads?

Hello i´m from Germany!
I have a problem, im searching for Handbrake Pads for my RS2000 Mk5 (91).
Here in Germany i just can get them from Ford, and they would cost about 230Eur!
I hope in GB it is easyer to get them, and i am sure with shipping its cheaper then the OEM parts!

thx from Germany

i need them for my ST170 conversion!
have a look at the link.

Hi, i still have the problem!
On EBC Brakes direct they do have a lot, but i did not found the RS HandB. Shoes!

They sell Shoes for Escorts from 91 to 01, thats the part nr 6483
These parts cant be the right one´s.

When i select RS2k, they only show the normal pads.
Front part nr DP473
Rear part nr DP953

so it looks like they also do not sell them!

ill send you n PM

I have just spoken to Bart@EBC, they have a listing number of 6483 for handbrake SHOES for this model, but he said they actually have never had them in, I am not giving up though, I'll update later when I have tracked some down.

I just spat me dinner out, £188 for 4 brake shoes, from Ford, best bet I would say is either use different calipers with built in handbrake off another ford or have yours relined.
Relining will cost between £8-£9 per shoe + vat(tax), plus postage, so say £65-£70 all in.
The people I have used in the past without any problems whatsoever are
www.autoandindustrial.co.uk
They are more than happy to ship to EU inc Germany, hope this helps.

ah, i wrote you an PM. i must learn to read everywhere before i answer..

The prices are Crazy, im thinking about to swap to focus rear discs and callipers..
But first i will contact ""autoindust.."", that sounds very nice, my problem is just i do not have a spare pare of the brakes, and i will use the car..

So, first i will say thank you for the help, and i will write when i know more about that..

thx Mark ( www.ST2000.de )
