Does anyone have a simple guide to which kind of threads is used in what in fords???
Ive got tons or aeroquip on my car and i want to buy some more to do fuel pump, filter etc and to replace some of the jubilee clips with finishers else where on car.
From what i understand it, aeroquip hose system is built around the JIC standard for threads, and you have to buy adaptors to fit metric or imperial threads with hoses.
If so does any one have a list of the common threads used in fluid systems on fords?? ie what threads are for the banjo on fuel pumps, filters etc etc etc

Thanks, I've seen a few pics of cars though which look like they have a silver adaptor of some sorts. What is the piece to be unscrewd then? It looks like a valve I think. If it is removed what size fitting is required for it?
/\ it's a one way valve for a banjo fitting, just remove it, just means the pump must prime to get pressure up befor eit starts, if no prime it'll just take a bit longer to fire up due to the pressure not being there from the off.
