Default missfire

i have got a missfire when i have my dump valve fitted,its a brand new dump valve,it hunts and goes to die,and when i hit around 6psi it missfires and holds back,and it dont run well at all,any1 else had this problem b4??chers matty

If it's a RST they need a double acting one, otherwise they develop air leaks, assume it is ok without it ?

Is it a bailey by any chance ?, if so ask them to swap it as sounds like it's a duff one.
