Im looking for the best place to buy some 2.0l blacktop piston rings.. NOT FROM FORD OR EBAY..

Also what kind of power do people think my car will have?? Fully rebuilt 2.0L blacktop, st170 manifold, lightened and balanced flywheel, balanced crank and pistons(STD) bluefin, k&n panel filter and full ss exhaust with no cat, and piper fast road cams and pullys dialed in.

1st off, why not ebay or ford?

theres a good bloke on ebay, his username is trechii. I know he sells silvertop rings so you can see if he sells blacktop ones, I think they are the same anyway.

You can raise the compression a tad and aim for about 150-155bhp as a realistic figure. Any more is great

 

It will be slightly higher.. Is that it there 130 standard. thought i would see that from piper fast road cams and a bluefin..

 

You might get more, but then again you might not. Also depends on the rollers so be conservative, otherwise you might be disappointed. If you fit some throttle bodies and a ported head you will get much more, closer to 200bhp. The standard induction system isn't the best for power.

My n/a engine I'm building for 250bhp n/a but I'm aiming for 220+

 

anything over 150 ill be happy as this is only my daily drive family car..
