Default Do I need an uprated fuel pump

as above, finished building my 2.0 zvh, quick spec:

megasquirt
ported head
forged bottom end (except crank)
stage 3 t3

aiming for around 200 - 230bhp

Just wondering if I need to uprate the pump from the standard one. If so which one?

any help would be great

You haven't specifically stated what car so nobody knows what you may be upgrading from but if its the FRST mentioned in your siggy then yes you 100% do have to upgrade from that one.

Totally different replacement pump that can cope with 5.5 bar line pressure and 350bhp.
