Hello all,
Does anyone know what the grey wire with the yellow stripe is for?
Its an RDS2007 & 2040CD Escort Cosworth set up with amp.
Its on the power block so it's not a speaker,
I know that
Red - +
Black - -
Blue - Remote turn on
Orange - Illumination
grey with yellow stripe ?
any ideas anyone?
Thanks...

Would think it is a sidelight feed in so it dims the display when lights on , the same as all fords at that age . The orange I suspect is a constant 12 v feed to keep memory
alive , ie stations etc .
