Default 1800 zetec conversion

hi all i have a mk4 escort van with a S2 rst engine. I am wanting to replace it with a 1800 efi zetec. I have a zetec from a R reg mondeo along with the loom and ecu. Is there anything else i need for said conversion eg driveshafts, gearbox etc etc. WIll welcome any advice and input

stick with the gearbox + driveshafs your van has the standard clutch from your s2 engine or 1.8 zetec will be fine same said for the 1.8 flywheel

engine will not fit straight in due to it being from a mondy. same things need to be changed as if you were fitting a 2l into the car, most people use a 1.8 from a fiesta or another escort due to this. is all easily done but need to source sump, water pump, oil pump oil pick up pipe n a few other bits for it all first. a compleate guide for this including doing the engine mount, list of parts etc is all in the engine section of the
s2rs.co.uk site + a list of 1.8 non pats ecus and the wiring info you will need
