Default 4x4 cosworth breather problem

hi, i bought my 4x4 about a year and a half ago after regretably selling my 2wd. when i bought it it had just been rebuilt after having the cambelt snap with reciepts to prove everything. its using a standard chip but holds 24psi boost. but when it does boost at 24 psi i blows oil out the breather. ive spoken to quite afew people and 2 specailists and they recon the rings have had the gaps lined up the same way when it was rebuilt...as it also smoked and spluttered when you go quik around a right hand bend(its fine around a left hand bend though.
would like some more views on it though please as its just about to go into a mint new shell(after the car i bought had a good cover up job on the rust) so would rather do the work while the engine is out.

also what sort of power should it be producing on 24psi dark blue injectors the larger escort cosworth turbo and rs500 intercooler? i was told it was about 250 but it felt alot quiker than my 2wd and that was 331.

thankyou

Can't see how it's running a std chip with that boost, I wouldn't worry about the boost at the mo, just take it easy.
Did the specialists offer any explanation as to why the gaps in the rings they say are the problem mysteriously correct themselves on left handers ?
It sounds like you may have major fuel starvation, being classically better one way than the other(corner wise).
I really would start with the basics, look at the chip and see if anything is written on it to identify whose it is, then you'll know what spec this is meant to be used for.
I assume, as you need it that you have a modified breather system, with 24psi, can't say what power it might be, but would expect it to need to be nearer 380/400 to feel faster than a 331bhp 2wd.
If you're taking the engine out, I would do a compy test first, this won't show up leaky oil control rings but if others are shagged it needs doing anyway, rather than just plonk it in another car and hope for the best.
It would then need a serious looking at, preferably on RR, do all the basic stuff yourself, ie fuel pressure check gaps etc.

the chip says superchips std. it has brandnew pistons and rings when it was rebuilt and apparently a brandnew head which came from germany. th rebuilt reciepts run into just under 3.5k with 2400 for the head alone. the said it could be the gaps on the rings as it could be oil rushing to one side of the engine and pasing up through the ring gaps(as their possibly all lined up the same) i guess i'll find out what it is tomorrow when it comes apart.
also the breather system is standard as i was told the car was standard power. ive only come around to resheling it this past week as i gave up on it and put it away after i crashed it a while ago.

thanks for you info much apreciated
