1.6 zetec on 2.0 b/e ?
Right, ive got a friend who has a 1.6 zetec escort, the heads been worked and its running itb's cams e.t.c can we take off the 1600 bottom end and fit the 2.0 one? is there gonna be any problems in doing this?

yeah, the combustion chambers are too small as the 2.0 bore is loads bigger, best to use the full engine, a std 2.0 head will flow more than a worked on 1600 anyway, they have tiny ports
