500-1000 miles on crap mineral oil, then change oil to normal fully synthetic

Tbh i've always said about 1500 miles on crap oil with a change at 750 inc filter then the good stuff
The rings must be bedded well otherwise it will smoke for the cost of another rebuild its worth the wait

Its a CVH, it'll smoke after 2,000 miles anyway when the valve stem seals go....
