Default 4x4 cossie problems with head

Hi! looking for advice due to problems with my engine.
I had a problem with noisy hydraulic tappets, sounded like one or two of them, specially on cold or idle, then in one moment a very loud *tic tic tic* or *crack crack crack* came in, looked like empty or faulty tappet :/ so i replaced them with new ones, put engine together, on the first start al tappets made some noise but them calm down except that excatly same noise wich isreally loud and comes from 3 or 4 cylinder in the head. what could be the problem? tappets not getting oil somewhere in 3 or 4 cylinder? or it could be something else wrong with the head there? oil pressure is fine, the oil is new and proper :/ what should i start with?

Did you check the oil gallery was clear all the way to the ends ?
All the crud collects here at the rear of the head in the oil gallery, there is a allen keyed grub screw in there blocking off each end, if needing to clear them out.
You just need something like a metal coat hanger section to prod down the oil hole where each tappet goes.

Got oil gallery cleaned, but another problem found, 3 of the tappets had this centre "button" deattached and easly falling off when removing tappets from the engine, this metal O ring that should hold it is just inside the tappet
I was thinking can I fix theese on my own with new O rings? or should I get the new ones?
Bought from protechmotorsportltd on ebay lately, I dunno maybe they are just all crap
