Default zetec turbo

i want to make my xr2i in to a zetec turbo, where can buy a engine already build. what managment, brakes and drive shafts would poeple recomend?

you will have to get the engine built yourself mate i dont think that anybody supplies them anymore ready built like area six used to.and it all depends on the amount of money you have got to chuck at the engine?? same again with the managment really how much money have you got and what do you want from the engine? there are loads of different types you could get but its best to talk to whoever is going to map it and ask for their advice as they will want something that they know.brakes id say anything bigger that xr2i ones cossie conversion? for a cheaper option.and as far as im aware drive shafts are good to about 450bhp but im sure somebody will correct me there.

i snapped a shaft in a fiesta rst with 290-300hp at the pod two weeks ago and that was a zetec turbo.

new somebody would make it right lol.my seemed to be ok at 250 but my mate has got a 330bhp escort rs turbo and he uses standard shafts

to be honest the shafts were 19 years old and ive used the same set for 5 years with power levels from 200 upto 350bhp and only broke one shaft and at Ł15 a go thats no bad
