Question Fitting supercharger???????

Hi all just brought supercharger (Eaton M62) and got a manifold adapter, which is fitted with a throttle body and a bypass valve & actuator and stats say it will raise the BHP by about 40%(200 to 280). But does anybody know what else i'll need to fit it, its a 2.9 V6 24v Ford cosworth. I was told that i won't need to change the gaskets to metal as its an under stressed engine so theres no need and that the internals would be grand. but can anybody verifiy this or let me know what i need.
Thanx in advance

Does this engine have a MAF or a MAP?
Are the injectors and fuel pump big enough?

Im farly sure the car is MAP, as the sencer is just behind the induction kit (correct me if im wrong not 100% on this) And there is no problem with lack of fuel as the car has an upgraded fuel pump and it is running with two much fuel going in to the chambers at the moment. (floods if im not careful )

Well, this is clearly not the way to go.
Even with the supercharger installed you will have moments (the great majaority) where the engine is running without boost, so overfuelling all the time.
Furthermore, when running with boost the map sensor cannot measure it, as it is a 1-bar version and may introduce a fault code and limp-home mode.
What you need is a good after-market ecu and wiring loom, with for instance a 2-bar map-sensor.

I agree, your current setup isnt going to know how to fuel for it.
