right, here i am again after another winter resto, with electrical problems as usual

fuel pump primes on ignition, so i know thats working, but when i turn her over shes not even giving a splutter.
i plugged a bulb into an injector plug and the bulbs not pulsing, so i know thats the cause for no fuel getting to the engine (there is fuel in the tank!)

not sure if its related but my boot popper now isnt working either, which was working before i stripped the interior, so im wondering if these two are related and theres an earthing problem somewhere? i cleaned up every earth on the car i can think of so i dont think there are any contact problems, so im abit stuck now,
