older ford door pins are usually a cunt, we tend to just unbolt the hinges from the body when taking a door off.

you cant unbolt the mk3 fiesta ones there welded. the top pin is the easy one as you hit it down but the bottom one needs to be twated up and its a cunt.

I had to change the door pins on my drivers door about 6 months ago, they were a complete and utter cunt to do, the bottom one was WELDED in and had to be drilled out, you cant get a drill in at 100% the right angle so even now the door has a tiny bit of play in it, but cant be helped.

Bearing in mind i tried hitting, smacking, beating, abusing, oxyacetelene and even swearing and it wouldnt budge, so i resorted to a trusty drill.

Also, this was on a 2000 W reg fiesta.
