Daft question guys, my mother has a 1975 cortina mk3 which she has owned from new, and aint using it anymore as she is 62 and the steering is too heavy for her, so i want to fit power steering to it if i can, my question is this..
It has a single OHC pinto 1.6 sierra engine in now and will any of the cossy 2wd or 4wd pumps mount to the engine near the distributor, are the pinto blocks the same as the cossy block castings ?
My idea is to use a cossy pump, resovior, pipes and a cortina power rack, the reason i am not using cortina power steering pump as only the V6 mk4/5 had PAS so different mounts etc....
any idea's
then i will need the bits including a crank pulley with double V groove...
