Default removing screw covers without damage

Hi All

I was wondering what the best way of removing the little plastic screw cover, without damaging any of the plastic.

Hi Tommy

thanks for the tip. so is it a case of just pushing the pin in? would this still make a mark on the plastics, it would just be less of a mark then a flat head screwdriver
