Default Smoke ring's on idle

Hi i'm a newbie here sorry i tried to search for it.

I have a saffy cosworth 2wd stg 2 engine making 272hp it has 100k engine is pretty sweet pulls excellent etc made a load of smoke when i ripped her open when i first got her not much if anything now,

But on idle it seem's to misfire but not bad misfire just like the throttle is open then closed as th rev's are up and down ad after that it starts to jump like a little misfire every so often and smoke rings are coming out of the exhaust???

Any idea's sorry again if this has been answered but i just wanna sort it out!

P.S the idle is rough quite rough TBH

Thanks,

John

The smokes white but thats probably the heat of the exhaust and the cold,

The rings just puff out with the white smoke!

Thanks.
