YES it is adjustable, you need to turn the small centre flat piece in the centre of the 13mm nut.
Clockwise is normally harder, counter clockwise is softer, beware if it has not been turned for a very long time it can sometimes tear the seal and cause a leak, just go gentle, you will feel a definite stop(when at softest) when going softer do not force it past this, it has I beleive about 12 clicks from fully hard to fully soft.

Koni's are anti-clockwise to HARDEN so you need to go clockwise to soften the ride and there are NO clicks for different settings!
ps YOURS are adjustable!

thanks very much for your help. what tool do you recommend for the job (just dont want to damage it)
also the rear suspension, in the centre, it just has 1 very thick ring washer with two nuts on top, can provide pics if needed, is that normal? if so how do you adjust it?
thankyou

rear shocks if adjustable type WILL have to be removed so they can be adjusted!

i used a pair of grips, they were already fully clockwise, so turned both sides fully anti clockwise until there was some resistance then immediately stopped. It is still the same on seemingly smooth roads (bobs up and down slightly) but now is far far smoother over bigger bumps in the road and seems to iron them out easily
thanks for your advice
if the rear ones need removing, ill leave them as the car is up for sale
thanks again

do they make different types of adjuster on konis? comparing them above to mine it looks like the little bit to adjust has broken off/missing..my rears dont need to be removed to adjust...just take off plastic covers behind rear seat and turn with the koni key
ill post pics of my rear ones tomorrow as they look strange to say the least
