help Needed
hi guys i dont know if anyone can help me but here goes, i have a 1990 escort rs turbo s2, fitted with a 2.1 zvh EFI Turbo Engine, i,ve changed everything to fiesta turbo spec i.e the ecu (ofab) map sensor, act and engine wiring loom. Its got an motorsport fuel pump aswell. problem is it wont run properly ive had it at a tuners garage for weeks he cant figure out what is wrong. He can get the car to idle perfect but it wont rev at all seems like its not getting enough fuel through. He thinks its down to it being a 2.1 and the ecu still thinking its a 1.6. If this is the case will the 195 chip and beige injectors make any difference as ive just purchased them to see if it helps. Any help would be great. thanks peeps

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I'd say he's not a very good tuner then.
Surely he should have some idea about what it could be?
Give a decent tuner with a track record in doing these conversions a call and see what they say.

20K+ Super Poster.
If the ecu is for a 1.6 and has not been adjusted(fuelling wise) for a 2.1 it won't be right in a million years.
Idling engines need a surprising amount of fuel due to low air speed, this will be mega lean.
It needs mapping, or a chip to suit the mods.
