i think the keys are coded so you'll need to go to any main dealer

take the key in to a dealer and they will read the key number for you it is done buy the depths of the cut on the brass bit ranging form 1-4 one is no cut and four is the deepest cut so can work it out that way,if the key is to worn will have to strip door lock down to get the number of the shims,if that is not possible do a vehicle lock set
the key will need to be programmed as it runs pats and will need two keys to do this
i know this as i work for ford in cornwall hope this helps !!!!

As above but shop around a lot, I did this on my mk1 with pats around 4/5 years ago, and for the supply of one black key, one red master key, keys programmed and all old keys deleted(was a repo car!!) cost ranged from Ł65 to Ł175, bet you can't guess which one I took!
Annoying this was as dealers were only 20 miles apart.

With the red master you can programme the black normal keys, up to six I think.

if you don't have the red key then an autolocksmith would be the best bet, should be lot cheaper than a main dealer aswell.

Dojj, Greenford security services are not far from you, they used to do all that kind of stuff.
