hi does anyone no what is needed to run a zetec turbo engine on ofab managment ?

An ECU. Loom. Map sensor. Fuel injectors. Suitable chip.

what injectors would i need to use ? also what chip ? would a 195 chip be sutiable or do i need a custom chip for a zetec ? im only going for around 200bhp

You need a custom chip. A "195 superchip" is designed for a standard 1.6 CVH engine running Bosch 701 (beige) injectors. Nothing else.
