Default rolling road graph analysis

Been to the rolling road at APT today to find out how many ponies went missing after rebuilding my head.

On the outset, things look good! It's no worse than it was before (unless 4bhp counts ), but slightly annoying is that it's no better. In fact, it looks like I put it together right, which I'm more proud of!

Made 236 at the flywheel, which was a bit pants, and, that naughty fuelling problem is back again. In fact, it's now leaner than it was before.

My simplistic understanding of the situation is that as the head's now actually flowing some gas, it's naturally got more air going in than fuel, so as it was 'ok' before, it's going to be lean now.

Graphs are below for advice, opinions, and general analysis:

You already know what part of the problem may be but chose not to fix it, you have to do all the basics first, but pointless telling some people, you killed two new headgaskets, because you didn't want help, well from certain people anyway.
Speaking of rolling roads, I was drooling over gooeys car today at Emerald, and having a gas about it, very well prepared car it is.

I killed two head gaskets because I was a numpty and didn't remove the 2nd heaviest part of the head, ie the turbo, and because I was too eager to get it done. Lesson learned, albeit the expensive way.

Thanks for replying though - it's more than the other 42 viewers of the thread have done, with the exception of those who've posted on the Norfolk group's forum.

What do you want analyzing? I dont understand your question to be honest, and i think the other readers are the same.

I hadn't thought of that...I feel a bit of a plum.

I've read my post again and I don't understand what I was trying to ask either. I'll come back when I've worked it out.

You were probably going to ask possible causes for the fuelling leaning off in the higher RPM's. Aside from my suggestions of tired fuel pump, incorrect fuel pressure, tired injectors, insufficient headroom in injectors etc etc.

Nope I do believe you! Suffice to say I'm not going to fiddle with it any more - gonna leave it to the experts. It may well be spending an extended holiday with you if you'll have it

It's got a new pump(941) pressure has been checked and was bang on.
Cozmeister is still on the old wiring though, which is why I suggested(last year) a check of pump voltage under load, and said just bring it round and I'll rewire it FOC, but it's up to him.

Well it ain't going anywhere for the time being as it just failed the MOT

CO was 3.3%, and HC was 310, so for a change it passed on the emissions (just!). I'll be happy to take you up on the offer tabs....once I get it back anyway!

Did it fail bad then ?
I am at two RR sessions next week(complete mapping) for two diferent cars(two different places) if you want to tag along to one ?
The rewire won't take long to do, if you want we could always put an extra fuel cut out switch in at the same time ?

2 hours of welding, really that's it. Just annoying - as well as a couple of other things that I could've sorted myself if I'd have thought about it and not been lazy. My own fault but hey ho.

Should have it back tomorrow, so whenever you're free.

The dreaded tin worm strikes again!!
Not bad though, could have been a lot worse, should be able to on the 15th(nov), got to change my tank, put on pre filter, pump(044) and new filter, and a few other bits, scorpio cossie rear roll bar, solid diff mount, solid beam mounts, solid rack bushes, and a new gauge set.
If you are interested in the I14 engine/box, you need to shout soon, it's FOC, just needs picking up, bro has changed his plans, selling whole kit car now as just bought new Cayman.
