Cos management.
I have fitted cos management to my MK3 escort, I just can't get it up and running.
The loom, ECU t/body and bits all came from MK's Fiesta. Its a P8 set up. I have a WRC rated pump for the fuel.
The crank sensor when at TDC on #1 has a pick up from the 4 trigger ring right on it. The cam is showing TDC on the vernier. The cam pick up is at 12 O'clock as you look at the vernier, with the first lobe from the 2 trigger disc at about 11 O'clock.It is a coil pack set up. Jano has told me this is correct. When I turn it over it fires on the up stroke I think.
Any ideas anyone???? HELP.

I'd double check your sensor gaps, make sure there's no vacuum leaks, then the usual really.
ie make sure you've got juice at the injectors, spark at the plugs and airs getting through.
