Default 2003 Astra Wheel bearings

Chap at work just got quoted over 200 quid to change a front one, apparently they come in a set and its a big job.

Is this bullshit?

Can they just be beaten out and new ones bashed back in like most things or are they some kind of new-fangled non-serviceable-press-in part?

He knows I've just done a rear on the scort and so asked me if I'd do the job. I dont wanna say yes only to discover some star-trek style technology there.

I'm 99% sure they are just std cassette bearings like mondy etc, so easy to do.
