mk6 escort td pump
Anyone know how to bypass these to make it uncoded? I have put a mk6td lump in my mk4 escort van and have hit a brick wall with this! Or has anyone got a non coded td pump to sell that fits a mk6td engine!!!!!!!! 07707324535

its a pain in arse to bypass
you need to take the pump off,
cut away the metal shroud that covers the stop solinoid which is at the back of the pump
find the solinoid and get the 2 wires - put 1 to earth and 1 to a ignition switched live
i have done the same converion with a TDI engine (see sig) if you have any other problems feel free to ask !
