Exclamation rounded clutch bolts

i have got rounded bolts holding the clutch to the flywheel on my s2...was like it when i toke it apart.............how the hell am i suposed to get them bugger off...iv tryed smaller spanners n dhitting them on..pplus hitting smaller sockets on ..ever thing iv used has broken what shal i do.....if any one in b-town area can get them off ill pay u good money...shall i drill them out......im not worried about the clutch reall but i need the flywheel i prob after another

Centre punch the bolt heads then drill out, if you use a drill that is just bigger than the bolts(thread) diametre it will just take off the "cap" or top of the bolt head.
The first drills do not need to be deep say 4/5mm, and are just to centre subsequent drills that's all, I've no doubt that the actual threads are not tight, but you can easily get grips/etc on if they are.

iv herd about reverse thread drill bits ....then reverse thred bolts ...anyone herd of these?

Try banging a 3/8 socket on but make sure its the star type and not just a hex socket as they wont grip and will pobably crack.

use a chisel to turn the bolts
just make sure it's blunt otherwise it tends to cut the heads off, making it even more difficult to remove

yeh im going to take it to me m8 kev he has some of these..if he cant sort it ill hve to buy a new clutch n flywheel
