How much power and torque will a BC gearbox take in a mk3/mk4 Escort. Will it take a tuned Zetec with approx 160bhp and driven in anger on trackdays?

I am thinking not so is there a way of fitting an MTX75 from a mk5 escort?

Is there a company who can uprate the BC box, if so how much?

 

cts do an upratted box but its a fair bit of money, ive heard of mtx boxes being used buy apparantly its a bit of a ball ache to mount due to clearance on the inner wing (i think) also the driveshafts might be different
