head gasket

1.4 focus zetec engine 99 yr, Lack of power, missing, whitish smoke, remove plugs No 1 pot looks wet. Any ideas

What makes you think it's the head gasket? Are you losing coolant or is there emulsified oil (mayonaisse) under the oil cap?
