Default help please rst wont start

ive just got my engine conversion to the point where it is ready to fire but it wont lol.
its an efi cvh turbo engine running ofab management and cossie fuel pump. it looks like there is no fuel getting injected into the bores. theres fuel at the rail and the injectors are pulsing. could it be that the fuel is constantly getting returned? has anyone experienced this problem before?

Just a thought.

Have you checked how much pressure you have in the fuel rail?

You may have fuel there but not enough pressure.

Just seems strange that you have fuel physically there and a injector pulse but still nothing to the cylinders.

ive not checked what pressure is there as i dont know what it should be mate. ive realised that the vaccum hose from the inlet that connects onto the nipple in the fpr hasnt been fitted. would this prevent it from gettint fuel into the bores? i was reading that the fpr works out the pd from the pressure in the rail and the vaccum from the inlet to regulate the fuel but with the inlet vaccum disconnected would it be fully open and constantly return to the tank?
Does anyone know what pressure should be at the rail? Ive also got the fuel pump relay wired up to a perm ign feed for just now so it dosnt prime the fuel it constantly pumps fuel while the ign is on but i dont think this will matter will it?

Not 100% sure what the pressure should be but it should run with the vac pipe disconnected.

Shouldnt matter about the relay for the minute but I would wire it up correctly once you've found the fault.
