Default Problem with RST

I`m in need of some advise.. I have a 2.1zvh ERST EFI..

Took it out sat night all was good... stopped at garage and put full tank of fuel in.. Set off and 5 mins later after coming off a roundabout it started playing up, wont boost and starts jerking, really had to tickle throttle to get it home.. Car ticks over fine and revs fine, doesnt overheat, no smoke or anything usual.. Only think i found was exhaust manifold is blowing heavily.. But soon as you go to drive it it wont play ball

Amy ideas?

Only thing that comes to mind it that when i filled it up it has sucked something down fuel pipe and blocking fuel
