i still have the problem, and was just wondering if any1 else has had this prob before it costs an absolute fortune finding this fault when could be simple???? thanks

I dont mate, yours is a good suggestion. The green wire can inded cause a miss when it shorts to earth intermittently, although its normally more of a total cut dead.
