Default Turbo advice needed... wot type shud i go for

Hello, was wondering if someone can help me... i am building a rwd Opel car and installing a Cosworth turbo engine. I have the engine already, t5 box etc BUT i have yet to buy a turbo. The engine is a 200 block, group a haedgasket, greens, 3 bar map sensor and a motorsport chip.

I am looking for low down power rather than top end speed, as it will be a track car in the end. Which turbo should i look for ? I am not big into turbo's so any help would be appreciated. I can buy a big turbo from an escort cosworth with cut back blades and a 360 trust washer, though have been told to get a 360 roller bearing type. Whats the difference ???

Also, should i go for a .48, or a .55 exhaust housing or some other type. Also, i am using a 2wd turbo exhaust manifold.. will i gain anything if i go for a 1 piece 4wd one...

any help will be appreciated... brian

Well a T34 is about as big as you'd want to go on greens.. .48 turbine housing is fine for this power level.
